As soon as I sit down, a large gyoza is brought to me, and I feel excited. The skin is chewy, and the filling is plentiful in this big gyoza, which is hot and very satisfying. The dan dan noodles have thick noodles that pair well with a rich spiciness, making them irresistibly delicious. The sweet and sour pork has chunks of fried pork, and the sweet and sour sauce clings well, allowing me to enjoy the crunchiness of the onions. The stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts has a variety of ingredients like bamboo shoots and bell peppers, making for an enjoyable texture.
