Located in Meito Ward, the newly opened "Chanpon Ichibanken Meito Inokoirishiten" is a delightful chanpon specialty shop where you can get your daily dose of vegetables in one bowl. The special rich and creamy tonkotsu soup, paired with chewy thick noodles, creates a deeply flavorful combination that you won't forget once you try it. The side menu is also extensive, with the grilled dumplings and shrimp fried rice being particularly outstanding. Be sure to visit at least once.

You can easily order from your smartphone, and it's user-friendly. The rich tonkotsu soup in the champon is easy to drink without any bothersome smell. It is packed with vegetables that have a great texture, and it also includes squid and shrimp, which is satisfying. The red kamaboko on top is also a nice touch. The garlic fried rice has a wonderful aroma, and the flavor of the ham complements it well, making it delicious. The interior is clean and bright, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
