I am happy to be able to enjoy seafood on the spot at the market. The creamy raw shirasu pairs perfectly with ginger and soy sauce. The flow of first adding a little salt, then soy sauce, and finally sesame oil brings out the aroma and richness, making it the best. The shirasu and shrimp bowl is great, and the grilled scallops are also fragrant. In front of the shop, dried shirasu, shrimp, beautiful sardines, and garlic squid are lined up, and you can grill and eat them on the spot. It's a joy to enjoy both eating and shopping at the same time, which lifts my spirits.
