I was excited to taste authentic okonomiyaki made by someone from Hiroshima. It was filled with plenty of fresh noodles and cabbage, perfectly complemented by the slightly sweet sauce. Watching the skillful spatula work on the teppan was satisfying, and the cooking was done to perfection. The large oysters were quickly grilled to just the right degree, and they were delicious. In addition to okonomiyaki, there are fun options like grilled beef and pork, udon, and tonpeiyaki. You can change the flavor with the sauces, lemon, and mayo on the table, and the homey atmosphere is very pleasant.
