This is a calm shop located in a quiet place. The Chinese soba has a clear broth that is light, and it pairs well with the firm noodles. The classic toppings are lined up, and especially the flavor of the char siu is well conveyed. The grilled meat bowl features thick slices of pork that are tender, and the savory sauce blends nicely with the rice. The accompanying soup has a rich pork bone flavor that makes you want to keep eating. The sauce cutlet bowl is also a simple dish, with a good harmony between the meat and the sauce, providing a sense of satisfaction.
