The hormone hot pot, enjoyed at each table with an IH heater, features plenty of cabbage and fresh hormone that melds beautifully with the rich broth, allowing guests to savor it piping hot until the end. The negima skewers, highlighting the sweetness of green onions, are well-regarded whether served with salt or sauce, and the moistly grilled tamagoyaki and limited eel skewers are hidden gems.
