Specialty Shop for 'Non-Covered' Katsudon Enjoyed with Salt
This tranquil Japanese-style eatery, primarily featuring counter seating, is famous for its 'non-covered katsudon' made with Kagoshima's direct-sourced Rokuhaku Kurobuta and Chami Pork. The freshly fried tonkatsu has a crispy coating, allowing guests to enjoy its texture and flavor until the very end with their choice of seasoning, such as salt, sansho pepper salt, or sauce. The unique serving style on top of a rice bowl allows for three different tasting experiences: tonkatsu alone, katsudon, and sauce katsudon. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes that pair well with sake, making it a popular spot for a leisurely dining experience.
