It is a small shop centered around the counter, with a quiet atmosphere. The grilling is labor-intensive, and each skewer conveys its flavor distinctly. The liver is fresh, and the assorted chicken sashimi, including liver, breast, and thigh, pairs perfectly with salt, olive oil, and yuzu pepper. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) are coated in a rich egg yolk and sauce, and you can also enjoy bonjiri (chicken tail), chicken wings, and the rare himo (chicken intestines). The selection of sake is abundant, with the dry varieties being easy to drink and generously poured, which is delightful. The atmosphere allows adults to savor their experience slowly, and the unique sense of togetherness at the L-shaped counter is also pleasant.
