The homemade fresh pasta is elastic and has a good texture. The popular demi-glace meat sauce continues to deliver flavor until the end, providing a satisfying experience. In the vegetable pasta set, the combination of carrots and komatsuna is fresh and enjoyable. The accompanying salad and chilled carrot soup also highlight the quality of the ingredients, making them favorites of mine. The portion size is not too heavy, and by the time I finish eating, I feel just right. I can also compare the meat sauce and vegetable pasta, which keeps it interesting and enjoyable.
