Grilled slowly over charcoal in a shichirin, the aroma is distinctly felt. The sagari and horumon have a good texture whether seasoned with salt or sauce, and they pair perfectly with the shichirin. When cooking fresh lamb for jingisukan, a lighter cooking method enhances the flavor. The large tongue is surprising, and grilling it on the shichirin provides a sense of satisfaction. The side dishes of cold noodles and yukgaejang soup are also delicious, with the cold noodles being refreshing and perfect for cleansing the palate. The staff's service feels efficient and pleasant, making for a comfortable experience.
