Upon entering the restaurant, the calm atmosphere and the interesting arrangement of tables and raised seating catch your eye. The menu is lined up across an entire wall, offering a rich variety not only of soba but also udon and rice bowls, which is exciting. The soba tea and homemade pickles that are served first provide a comforting start, and the experience of grating your own wasabi is enjoyable. The seiro soba has a perfect firmness and a smooth texture that makes it easy to eat bite after bite. The tempura made with shrimp, oysters, and seasonal vegetables is colorful, freshly fried, and pairs well with the soba. Surprisingly, the udon also has a strong chewiness, and every dish reflects the owner's dedication, leaving me very satisfied.
