Fresh fish and processed products are lined up at the direct sales store, and there is also a dining area in the back. The steamed brand oysters are finished in a round pot, and when you open the shell, the aroma rises, and you can feel the umami of the flesh intensely. The shirasu bowl is moist and tender, with a gentle saltiness that makes you keep reaching for more with your chopsticks. There are also sea urchins in their shells, allowing you to enjoy the scent of the sea as it is. The en-gawa wasabi I bought as a souvenir has a smooth texture that pairs wonderfully with the refreshing taste of wasabi, and I really liked it. This is a place where you can enjoy both meals and shopping at once, fully savoring the blessings of the sea.
