The interior has a counter, tables, and raised seating, making it very user-friendly. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff's attentiveness is clearly conveyed. The beef tongue is grilled one piece at a time over charcoal, giving it a wonderful aroma and making it very tender. The skirt steak is also juicy, and the flavor expands with each bite. The balance of barley rice, soup, and pickled vegetables is good, and the taste of the vegetables is distinctly felt. The origins of the ingredients and the binchotan charcoal are clearly written above the counter, which strongly conveys their commitment to quality.
