This is a restaurant located by the Kanda River without a signboard. The mushroom terrine and the dish wrapped in prosciutto with chestnuts and ricotta were very impressive. The salad with smoked salmon and fried potatoes has a perfect balance of dressing. The oyster cream soup and the veal and mushroom cream stew are also rich and delightful. The porcini risotto and gorgonzola gnocchi are rich and captivating. From the handmade bread to the meticulously crafted dishes, everything pairs well with wine.
