I felt excited the moment I sat down in the calm interior that exudes a Showa-era atmosphere. I was happy that the staff kindly guided me since I arrived early. The beef tongue was served raw, and I enjoyed it without any unpleasant smell, as it was refreshing. The harami was juicy and tender, and the special sauce enhanced the sweetness of the meat. Thanks to the simple menu structure, it was easy to choose the loin and chicken, and when grilled generously, the aroma spread. By the time I left, wrapped in thick smoke, I was filled with a sense of satisfaction.
