In a traditional and calming space, the warmth of the stove is pleasant. The sashimi platter comes out quickly, with beautifully shiny cuts, and each piece is rich in flavor. The mackerel tataki has a perfect balance with the condiments, making the drinks flow easily. After using the head and bones as decoration, they fry the bones at just the right time, allowing you to enjoy their savory aroma. The fried oysters have a light batter, and the flavor inside is concentrated. The person managing the place alone is friendly, and the conversation flows, making it a comfortable atmosphere.
