With calm lighting and music, there is a cozy atmosphere where you can spend time slowly. The sushi has a solid size in both the fish and rice, providing a satisfying bite and conveying freshness. The melting sweetness of the sea urchin, the pop of the salmon roe, and the elasticity of the shrimp are particularly impressive. The soup, rich in dashi, has a pleasant aroma and a comforting taste. The rolled omelet, butter scallops, and crab miso chawanmushi are also delicious. The atmosphere is close to the local community, allowing you to enjoy sushi at a leisurely pace.
