In a calm shop surrounded by trees, you feel a sense of peace the moment you arrive. A gentle breeze rustles the leaves, and you can hear the chirping of small birds, making it very pleasant. The soba has a rich aroma, and you can enjoy the first bite as it is. The duck dipping sauce is fragrant and combines with well-cooked green onions for a robust flavor. The tempura is lightly fried, and when eaten with salt, it enhances the sweetness of the ingredients. The finishing soba broth is thick and satisfying until the very end.
