The calm atmosphere of the renovated traditional house is enjoyable, even though it is a bit hard to find. The thin soba noodles are perfectly chilled, and the dipping sauce is light and goes down smoothly. The grated daikon is mildly spicy, and when combined with wasabi, it enhances the flavor. There are tempura mainly featuring wild vegetables and a variety of colorful vegetable tempura, each showcasing its unique taste. Grilled sweetfish is also available, and you can enjoy it from head to tail without leaving anything behind. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, making it a comfortable place to relax and spend time.
