I suddenly craved lamb and stopped by during a drive. The interior is located beyond a butcher shop, and from the window seat, you can enjoy a wide view of the countryside, which is very refreshing. When I pressed the call button, the staff came right away, and their preparation was efficient, which made me feel at ease. The lamb, grilled to my liking on a portable stove with a Genghis Khan pot, had no odor, and the fat was sweet, making me smile involuntarily. The grilled belly meat stir-fried with onions was also soaked in sauce, making it a flavor that goes perfectly with rice. There are plenty of other menu options besides lamb, so I want to try another meat dish next time.
