In a quiet location by the river, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a roadside station, which is very pleasant. Inside the shop, you can see the process of making soba, and the wait for the freshly made noodles is exciting. The soba has a firm texture and is smooth and enjoyable to eat. The vegetable tempura is lightly and crisply fried, with the aromas of shiso, molokhia, and eggplant standing out, making it the best. The konjac served with yuzu and miso is impressive, and you can't help but keep eating. The daily set meal also comes with plenty of small dishes that have a gentle flavor, making you want to eat more rice.
