The tonkatsu has a crispy and fragrant coating, and it becomes even more delicious with sauce and mustard. The soy sauce ramen has a gentle richness, and it pairs well with the chashu and boiled egg. The curry has a homey flavor that is easy to eat, and it's nice that you can self-serve fukujinzuke and pickles.
