This is a hidden gem that you can walk to from the station, and it operates on a reservation-only basis. The exterior is stylish and Western, but the interior has high ceilings and a calming atmosphere, allowing you to relax as you change into slippers at the entrance. The first dish served was oysters, which were moist and finished with oil, and the pink pepper added a delightful aroma. The thinly sliced fugu had just the right amount of elasticity, and the texture of the blanched skin combined well with the spicy condiments. For lunch, you can choose between a fish or meat set meal, which includes carefully prepared sashimi, small side dishes, soup, and seasoned rice, with the sashimi and rice being particularly impressive. You can also enjoy dishes made with fugu, soft-shelled turtle, and medicinal cuisine, and the aroma of the fin sake elevates your mood.
