The interior of the renovated gas company building is spacious, harmonizing concrete, tiles, and wood. The staff kindly greeted us and even prepared pasta outside of lunch hours. The pasta had a chewy texture and was rich in flavor, yet surprisingly light on the aftertaste. The salad allowed us to choose the dressing, and the balance of the freshness of the vegetables and the seasoning was very good. The matcha basque cheesecake had a strong matcha flavor and just the right amount of sweetness, making it a perfect match for coffee. The larger cookie had a moist texture, allowing the taste of the ingredients to shine through, which brought a smile to my face.
