Their jeon made with buckwheat flour, which they have been serving since old times, is fluffy and chewy, and is filled with plenty of glass noodles and ripe kimchi. The kimchi sauce is made with spring noodles and kimchi seasoning from Gangwon Province, adding an exquisite flavor to the jeon. The otamajakushi noodles and cabbage jeon are also recommended.
