I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday, but even though it was stated that it would take 30 minutes until the food was served, it was not the special pot rice but just two regular set meals, and I had to wait for 40 minutes. The water I requested did not arrive, the payment process was also chaotic, and it did not proceed smoothly. The food also felt average. It was disappointing as my expectations were high.
