At the takeout shop, I get excited seeing sushi, chirashi, rolls, and bento lined up. I'm happy that I can also have onigiri made on the spot if I ask. The thick rolls and inari have a gentle flavor, allowing me to feel the traditional texture. The combination of seafood rolls and salad rolls is easy to eat and enjoyable without getting tired of it. The sauce katsu don has thick, tender pork loin that pairs well with cabbage, takana, and pickled daikon. The sweet and sour pork bento also includes ingredients like pumpkin, lettuce, and green onions, and I'm pleased with the side dishes of potato salad and simmered beans.
