It is a small shop located underground, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. There are counters and tables, and it is kept clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The skewers are carefully prepared one by one, and they pair well with mustard when eaten with salt. I particularly like the shiro (white meat), miso-marinated items, tsukune (chicken meatballs), and kashira (neck meat), all of which have a strong flavor. The vegetable side dishes and today's recommendations also show a lot of care, with even the chilled tomatoes and ohitashi (blanched vegetables) having a refined taste. There are many regular customers, and the flavors go well with drinks, making it a cozy space.
