In a calm atmosphere with jazz playing, you can spend your time comfortably. The homemade hand-made soba is thin and glossy, with a strong aroma and firm texture. You can choose from 80/20, country-style, or 100% buckwheat, and it's fun to compare the different types. Dishes like fried soba salad, soba miso, and roasted duck are also delicious and make it hard to choose. There are counter seats, tatami rooms, and tables, and the interior is clean and comfortable. A variety of sake, shochu, craft beer, and wine are available, allowing you to relax and enjoy while nibbling on soba appetizers.
