The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and both the counter and tables are easy to use. The dishes have a homemade feel, and the care is evident from the very first small plate. The simmered daikon and simmered yatsugashira are fluffy and have a gentle flavor. The dengaku with a hint of yuzu and a plate combining prosciutto with cheese and dried fruits are also very satisfying. The pork loin braised in tea has a subtle aroma, and the Japanese-style acidity makes it refreshing. The combination of barley shochu and barley tea is also a good match, making you want to linger longer.
