Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a bright and clean atmosphere, and you can first choose your meal at the vending machine. The service is quick, and a steaming bowl arrives almost immediately. The seafood tonkotsu soup has a rich flavor that is not heavy, and the aftertaste disappears smoothly, making it easy to drink. The noodles have just the right amount of chewiness and pair well with the soup, providing an enjoyable texture. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu and chopped onions add a nice accent, making you want to keep eating. There are also dipping broth and vinegar available, allowing you to enjoy a change in flavor, which was satisfying.
