This is a hidden gem located in a residential area, offering a calm atmosphere. There are counter and table seats, making it easy to enter whether you're alone or in a group. The complimentary oolong tea is delightful and lifts your spirits from the start. The meat, including thick slices of tongue and premium loin, is tender, and the savory fat spreads happiness. The cold noodles we ordered to finish were made of transparent, chewy noodles that paired perfectly with the light broth. There is also parking space nearby, making it a convenient stop, which is recommended for families.
