The grilled chicken is all fragrant, and every bite brings happiness. The skewers of liver and upper mino are particularly rich in flavor, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The kashira ponzu is refreshing, and it provides a nice accent when eaten in between. The liver yukke and minced chicken breast are generously served, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. The crunchiness of the knee cartilage is also enjoyable, allowing for a delightful change in texture. The appetizer is delicious, and I appreciate being able to savor it leisurely at the counter seats.
