Eating okonomiyaki sizzling on the iron plate at the table is incredibly fun. The batter is fluffy, the outside is crispy, and the sweetness of the vegetables is distinctly felt. It has a large diameter, making a strong visual impact, and it is very satisfying to eat. The staff are friendly, and even a little interaction brings warmth. There are various small dishes perfect for snacking, making it suitable for a leisurely time while drinking. Every time I brought the hot okonomiyaki to my mouth with the spatula, happiness spread, and I was completely satisfied both in heart and stomach.
