Date and time of your visit: 10, 2018 Lunch

Lunch at stylish soba restaurant "Kokohare It is located in a residential area of Nagashima, but it is very hard to find! We finally got there through a narrow street! There is a cute little turtle at the entrance, which makes me feel a little bit relaxed. When you open the front door, you'll see a closed-off space with a dirt floor... Which door should I open to enter? While I was wondering which door to open, I heard a voice from inside saying "Come in! I heard a voice from inside! No, that's why I don't know where to enter! I took off my shoes and opened the door at random, and a spacious and stylish interior appeared! It looks more like a cafe than a buckwheat noodle shop! I don't think there are so many kinds of soba noodles! I like duck, so I ordered a lunch set which included takikomi-gohan, cake and a drink for 500 yen! I was a little surprised when I saw the duck soup that came out! There was duck tempura in it! I thought, "Wow, they have this kind of dish," and tried it... Hmmm... subtle! I couldn't taste the duck at all! And thanks to the tempura, it tasted greasy! And the most important thing was the soba noodles! This is also interesting! The thickness of the noodles is different! Some as thick as kishimen noodles and some as thin as somen noodles! (lol) Of course, the texture is not good because of the difference in the degree of boiling! Even I can come up with something a little more decent! I thought that maybe it was a daring way of cutting, but I took it as it was! (I took it as it was!) Well, everyone's taste is different! The takikomi gohan and dessert were delicious! Thank you very much!
