In a warm atmosphere rooted in the local community, you can enjoy a calm meal. The seasonal tempura made from wild butterbur is large, with a light batter that spreads its aroma, making it very impressive. The hand-made soba noodles are of a moderate thickness, providing a delightful chewiness, and you can really appreciate their fragrance. The dipping sauce is not overly salty, allowing the umami of the dashi to shine through, making it a great match. There is also a set with a rice bowl and noodles, and the pork bowl is cut thick, providing a sense of satisfaction. Ending the meal with soba-yu (the hot water used to cook the soba) brings a comforting and happy feeling.
