The atmosphere is calm, allowing for a leisurely time. The dishes have a strong dashi aroma and a gentle flavor. There are many small bowls served, and I'm happy to see a lot of vegetables. The corn with butter and soy sauce is fragrant, and the texture of the kernels is enjoyable. The rice has a perfect firmness, and the more you chew, the sweeter it becomes. The selection of sake is also abundant, satisfying even those who love alcohol.
