The new cafe in Suzuka has a very stylish exterior that makes you excited even before entering. It has a system where you order and pay first, and I love that you can relax inside or on the terrace. The croissant is rich in buttery aroma and crispy, to the point that the dough alone is impressive. The sandwich with my favorite ingredients had a perfect texture and flavor, and I savored it while nodding several times. The burdock cream soup of the day contained bacon, onions, and shimeji mushrooms, and it had a creamy and gentle texture. It also looks great in photos, so by the time I finished eating, I felt like I wanted to brag about this cafe to my friends.
