This is a set meal restaurant run by a butcher, and the quality of the meat is very good. The meat in the rice bowls is tender and flavorful, and the fat is mild and not greasy. The feeling of satisfaction lasts long after finishing the meal. There is a daily changing menu, which makes the selection process enjoyable. There are also horse meat dishes, which give a sense of the Shinshu region. It is located a short walk from Kamisuwa Station, and the entrance is from a back road, making it a bit hard to find, but that adds to the excitement.
