In a calm Japanese space, you can slowly savor seasonal dishes. The seasonal seafood and vegetables are all fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. The tempura has a light and fragrant batter, and the shrimp and whiting were particularly impressive. The sashimi, starting with the crunchy turban shell, has a strong umami flavor. The dashi rolled omelet, deep-fried tofu, and eggplant dengaku are all made with care and provide comfort. The atmosphere is relaxing even for those with children, and the staff's attentiveness is gentle.
