All the handmade dishes are delicious, and I feel happy from the beginning to the end. The first dish served on a small plate is carefully prepared, and even the broccoli salad and simmered dishes have a strong flavor. The fish carpaccio is fresh, and it pairs perfectly with the crispness of the mizuna. The drink lineup is abundant, including beer, highballs, and sangria, all of which are enjoyable.
