I often stop by this diner after playing golf, and I'm happy that the owner picks me up in a microbus. As soon as I sit down, the sashimi I ordered is brought to me, and its freshness is outstanding, making me smile involuntarily. The signature dish, chicken nanban, features thick pieces of chicken paired perfectly with a mild tartar sauce, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The fluffy fried horse mackerel can be enjoyed with either sauce or tartar, and I find myself wanting another piece. While sharing edamame and fried tofu with everyone and watching TV, I lose track of time. The warm hospitality of the owner couple adds to the experience, and every time I come here, I feel a sense of comfort.
