With its charming interior, I felt a warm hospitality the moment I took my seat. There was careful consideration for allergies and thoughtful attention to detail, allowing me to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. The escabeche of the swordfish I caught myself and the combination of the caught octopus with hand-picked watercress were fragrant and made my heart dance from the very beginning. The pasta with basil sauce paired perfectly with the soft-boiled egg and homemade bacon, while the focaccia, made without oil, had a light texture. The beef tenderloin steak and the cream spaghetti with the aroma of lobster miso were also memorable in taste, and even the handmade sauce was meticulously prepared. The finishing touches of basil ice cream and the anniversary plate were delicious, allowing me to enjoy a happy time until the very end.
