As soon as you sit at the teppan table just a short walk from the station, the staff warmly welcomes you. The okonomiyaki you ordered is carefully grilled in the kitchen and placed on the hot teppan right in front of you. When you layer the fluffy batter with sauce and mayonnaise to your liking, the savory aroma spreads and is irresistible. The mixed yakisoba we ordered comes with thick straight noodles that are chewy yet easy to bite through, and adding a little spicy sauce enhances the flavor even more. Each dish is packed with ingredients, and the textures of shrimp, squid, and pork are enjoyable, making it a delight to savor until the end without getting bored. Thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service, I was able to thoroughly enjoy a relaxing time around the teppan with my friends.
