This is a weekday-only course. I'd like to enjoy cooking in a little luxury and style! For anniversaries and celebrations! We accept from 2 to 4 persons. The number of guests is limited as each dish is individually prepared. Everything is left to the chef! Please let us know what you like and what you don't like!
Bonito is in season now! It is finished with a strong aroma of straw and yuzu ponzu! It pairs very well with dry sake.

Since opening, the Shellfish Kettle Grilled has been very popular. The soup filled with the umami of shellfish has a comforting taste. If there is leftover soup, you can make a rice porridge to finish it off!
Please enjoy it generously topped with shirasu on bread baked with homemade garlic sauce!
