In a small café quietly located in a new residential area, the moment you open the door, the fragrant aroma of coffee spreads throughout. It's a compact space with just a counter and a few tables, but the calm atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy my time. The espresso, carefully brewed by the owner, has no off-flavors and delivers a deep taste that conveys a love for coffee. The homemade low-sugar brownie is subtly sweet, and its crumbly texture pairs perfectly with the coffee. The coffee jelly topped with homemade rum syrup has a bouncy, high-purity mouthfeel, and I was impressed by the fresh combination. I was also touched by the owner's thoughtfulness when they noticed I was lost and came outside to help me, leaving me filled with warmth until the very end.
