I am happy that I can choose my favorite ingredients to create my own bowl. The tuna is large and has a good texture, providing satisfaction with every bite. I can also choose salmon and avocado, and there are plenty of ingredients. The crunchy texture of the pickled radish and cucumber adds a nice accent. The combination of fragrant sesame oil and salt works well together, bringing the flavors together. I was able to eat calmly even in the food court, and the portion was just right for a quick meal.
