Savor exquisite handmade soba and udon at this hidden gem

Handmade Soba and Udon Okubo is a restaurant worth visiting, despite its hidden location. The soba, with its firm texture and shorter length, is irresistible for soba lovers. The tempura is perfectly crispy, and the sauce for the bowl is exquisitely flavored. Once you visit, you will undoubtedly be captivated by its deliciousness.

There is a signpost on the street, and it is quietly located at the end of a narrow path. To the right of the entrance, you can see the noodle-making area, which reflects their commitment to handmade noodles. The interior is neat and clean, and the tatami seating is non-smoking, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The staff moves briskly, making for a very comfortable experience. The simmered udon with himekawa has a firm texture from being handmade and is very delicious. The ankake soba is also satisfying in flavor, and the mini tempura rice bowl is hot and aromatic, allowing you to enjoy ingredients like eggplant, green beans, and chikuwa.
