The atmosphere is calm, with a counter and box seats that make it comfortable. They carefully grill the food after you order, so both the fish and meat come out fragrant. The mackerel that has been dried overnight is rich in fat, and the saltiness and cooking are exquisite. The hamburger is thick, fluffy, and tender, providing a satisfying experience. The oyakodon and red fish marinated in koji are also full of flavor, and you can't go wrong with any choice. I was also happy to be served seasonal bamboo shoots, and it's fun to be able to taste various dishes with the half-and-half option.
