Shima cafe MAKANA invites visitors into a tropical world, preserving the atmosphere of a southern island. The café offers a menu featuring local ingredients, and the shaved ice with black syrup and vanilla ice cream is particularly exquisite. The tropical mood is pleasant and the cute atmosphere is soothing. The Hawaiian beer with a tropical scent was refreshing and very delicious. When I asked for some snacks, they happily prepared them even though they weren't on the menu. The teriyaki chicken with a soft-boiled egg and a salad platter, along with the pickles made from Miura vegetables, were all impressive. The shaved ice is also recommended, and the combination of black syrup and vanilla ice cream has a gentle sweetness. The syrup made from Miura strawberries has a lovely aroma and pairs perfectly with the refreshing taste of the ice cream.
